Women

At City Church we believe in empowering and releasing women, and have a variety of diverse events and programmes especially for our City Church Women.

Girls’ Nights Out are exciting events occurring twice a year at City Church. They feature guest speakers, on-the-couch interviews, live music, and dessert and coffee. They are a fantastic, friendly, social forum to bring your unchurched friends and work mates along to. It’s also a fun way to meet other women and make new friends.

We have Thursday Girls’ (a weekly womens’ Bible Study/discussion) which uses DVD teaching materials. This is a great way to learn and grow in God, while also making new friends over coffee.

We have a few womens’ life groups happening fortnightly on Tuesdays, plus a playgroup for Mothers of pre-schoolers. We also have a monthly working womens’ lunch, for women who work full time and cant get to other events that occur in the day time.

We also do womens' breakfasts, op-shipping trips and so much more!

I love the way women are so relational and good at talking!! This makes us fantastic at building bridges with unchurched people, spreading the gospel message, plus integrating new people and journeying with them!  We would love you to be a part of the family that is City Church Women.
